As a Distributor can we file case against cooperative for holing billing without intimation since 45 days cause huge financial loss and Mental harassement ,huge claims pending and infra provided for are not in use ,staffs are sitting without work.legal notice served but no reply since last 11 days.
yes you can even file for 420 and 406 if such ingredients are found in your complaint and agreement...
and even you can directly approach to the high court as well by virtue of writ... and ask for the payment as well as the interest for delay as well
