My lover committed a crime of 493&376 and 416. But if I don't want to file a 493 with 376 case, and I want Him to produce in front of court by filing habeas corpus And I and my lover was in living together relationship for more than 8months., So that can I get marry him according to the common law marriage Then if he is not agreeing for the marriage means, then can I file 493 with 376 against him., What are the possibilities to get him marry., And I have only WhatsApp chat and some call recordings which supports that he loved me., But with this evidence, if he is not ready for the marriage, and then if I proceed filing the case, can I able to win in the case. And the new law states that if the live in relationship got proved means, I will become wife for him or what.

You need not take shelter under black mailing tactics. Come straight forward and file either petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights or Maintenance because you have got the status of Wife. Just excercise all your rights in the capacity of wife. You need personal consultation.
