We are in love before now a days she n me got some issues about money n she will have liquor n all as I'm a Dj I roam with girls but not sex.... Now she is planning to file case n I made abortion before a year now she was saying to marry but I can't do I get any problem r can I manage by getting bail r anything

she can file case against you under section 376,312 and 420 of ipc , all the said offences are non -bailable offences.. as per the principle of law every person is innocent until crime is to be proved , on that principle you can get bail.
