Boy friend left after staying together in a living relationship

I was staying in live in relationship with a nigerian based guy for 2 years 6 months now all of a sudden he left without reason can I file any case against him
Yes you can file a criminal case against him with a contention that he promised to marry you and left without any reason. It will include a case against him for cheating, criminal breach of trust and a case of under the provision of rape in IPC. But it all depends whether still he lives in India or left to Nigeria.

Only if he promised you to get married you have a case against thing des days court take deligient view when adult relation is review in eyes of law. If there is any promise of any kind u can charge him under law ..other wise not all moral case are legal ...

where were your residing with him? if in india or you are an Indian then you can file a case against him alleging under Section 376 IPC that he was living with you in live in relationship for about 2 years and left without giving any reason and we were about to marry each other.
