Boy file defamation case against girl who filed false case against him

I have been falsely charged with above mention case.A girl who have been in relationship with me and cheated huge money from me by lies.She told me that she is divorced and started live in relationship with me.She told me she will marry me soon.When I got to know that she is not legally divorced from previous husband and she married couples of times before and she cheated with many people in past.I got arguments with her.Then she filed fake case on me with the help of police official.I got anticipatory bail fro hon'ble Session Court.Now police submit charge sheet and trial started in the court of Hon'ble MM( Mahila Court).I have enough proof that she have sexual relationship with many people and cheated many people.Even a boy committed suicide because of her.I have all calls recording where she accepted that she took huge money from me and I have other witness and documents to prove in the court that I am innocent.Now my Question is Can I file Defamation case?
Yes absolutely. You can file a case for defamation u/s 500 IPC, criminal intimidation u/s 506 IPC and criminal breach of trust u/s 406 IPC against that lady. And thereafter you can get all the complaints or FIR quashed which are registered against you.

In order to file a defamation case and to succeed in the same you must get the acquittal from trial Court First. Prove of acquittal in itself becomes a strong evidence against the malafide and illegal intention of the complainant . Even otherwise also if you have sufficient material you can get the discharge and file defamation case accordingly or you can go for the quashing of FIR after the evidence of complainant is taken and you get sufficient material proceedings for defamation
