Bought a bike from a multi brand shop, but dealer is not giving bills

Hello team, I bought a bike (Suzuki v-strom 250) on June 1st and they keep promising to give original invoice, insurance certificate, warranty card, temporary plate, original number plate and RC. I got tired of wait after 3 month so send a mail to suzuki and they provide number plate after 3 days and promised to provide the RC in 20 days. They asked me to take the complaint down which I did and waited 20 days. I did not get a RC so contacted them and now they are saying it takes 90 days more.

Dear Sir, Get issue a strong legal notice to all the concerned including the head office of such company. It is not unusual for delays in getting RC Books. You must also support the dealer in getting necessary documents. If you face any troubles you may directly walk into nearest police station and lodge a complaint.
