I have been booked under IPC section 354d but the FIR didn't had any grounds to stand as I had all the evidences further the Complainant didn't produce complete evidences which is mentioned in FIR. Actually FIR was filed to arm twist me for waving of Rs. 11.49 Lakhs which she has taken from me during our relationship. What all remedies are available for me if I want to get her convicted for false FIR against me and ruining my career and reputation in society. I have been trying to file complaint against her in Police Station but no police station is filing FIR against her. I need immediate relief from this so that company can offer job to me and I can run my livelihood. Please suggest solution which is faster and can happen in our favour.
plae take the order copy from the court and file in ur office its should be certified copy from court halve two copies submitted the copy and take endorsement if the office along with the letter to managervHr
