I got pregnant and the boy denied to marry me he promised me he will marry and he got to know I am.pregnanat he denied I filed a case and now after 4 months he is trying to contact me and asking me to withdraw the case

If the boy made a false promise of marriage and then refused after you became pregnant, it may amount to cheating and sexual exploitation under IPC sections such as 417 or 376 (if consent was obtained under a false promise). Since you have already filed a case, it is important not to succumb to pressure or emotional manipulation. If he is contacting you to withdraw the case, it may amount to intimidation or coercion—keep records of such communications and inform the police or your lawyer. Well, It is upto you to withdraw the case or not, as he cannot force you at all, if he is willing to marry you and your are willing to accept him as your Husband and want to start your life afresh by forgetting all previous grievances, then, kindly go ahead.
