one of my friend contacted a call girl directly they met in a hotel after two months myfriend decidedto meet her again to get a consent msg as whatever happd two monthsbackit was on the basis of paymentwrite it on Whtsapp. She said okay and left the place. After 5 min she messaged that pay30k you took my services and not paid me for the same. They both agreed on 10k. My frd paid 10k. She sent voice msg and text that she got her payment she has nothing to do with him and she will not make any prb

having intimate relationship and having it on payment basis are two different things....
law is very clear
if two adults get intimate during a casual meet or during a relationship or under circumstances
such intimacy is taken as human
but if it is paid service
it comes under prostitution and is illegal
the payment made against such services is illegal

what exactly is the query here. if your friend wishes to get the payment back then it is required to file an application for recovery of amount in this case. since he will not have the aadhar card of the person so it will be difficult for him to file the case
