Blackmail, mental harassment, threat

Hi, my ex boyfriend is in USA for his studies. He left India 2021 and when I decided to end things with him, he has been mentally harassing me for 4 months now. He threatens me to send our pictures/videos (sexual/close) to my parents if/when I block him and tell him I don’t want to keep things going anymore. He has threatened to end me and my family and kill himself multiple times, he cuts himself on a video call with me. I have tried talking to his side of the family, but he threatens me if any of his people gets to know, he will contact my parents too and will take steps that I will regret doing. He calls me numerous times, threatens me with something or the other everytime I don’t pick his call and it has been taking a toll on my mental/emotional/physical health. I just dont want him to contact my parents and just leave me alone, is there any solution for this?!

Firstly, face the situation with strong support of family and bringing elders to resolve the issues, if he is harassing or threatening to commit sucide you have to move forward and take decisions to avoid bad consequences or try to convince him explaining situations.
