Blackmail and spreading rumours against college
13-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
A man in my village is heavily in debt and worked in a college managed by my father to make money, we didn't allow this as he started using illegal methods for admissions. After he got dismissed he started spreading rumours and giving fake applications against us in every possible govt department including housing authority, dm office etc. We have all documents and uptodate legally but its a nuisance as everyday some or the other authority is coming at home. He has contact with local politicians and goons so our obstacles are increasing day by day. We got a message indirectly that if we give him money he will stop all this. What can be done to teach him a lesson?
No need to act like a filmi hero. Go and register a FIR in concerned Police Station against him, as he wants to extort money from you by using illegal means. You can also lodge a complaint against him for Defamation.
Helo, after observing your submission I found that with out any dealy you should move a complaint in concerned police station against that person who are spreading rumours and blackmailing you. Your complaint should contain all incidents which has been done between your organisation and him. Definitely you will get relief . If you are attend by the police officer then there are many ways to take action against him. For more information contact to me . Thnx
