Bike recovered from thieves how can I get my bike back from police

my cousin bullet vehicle stolen one month ago. police find vehicle from thieves. now he want to get back vehicle through superdari. vehicle market value is 1 lakh rs. and 2 years old. kindly guide me about surety amount. can i gave my two motorcycle rc for surety bond. byke market value is of approx not more than 75000 rs. both m.c. is is accepted by the court or not
We are sorry to inform you that in your present case you would have to keep a surety of equal amount that is 1 lakh rupees. and the surety can be of only 1 , the exception is only on the order of the court. from your side you cannot give surety of two.

you can take your bike on superdari for this you have to do following things
1. firstly move an application to Illaqa magistrate or concern Magistrate/ M.M to have that bike on Superdari then court will call the police report that whether your bike is recovered from thieves or not.
2. after getting the police report from concern police station moved that application to the court with police report along with surety bonds/ Jamanati.
3. then court will order to release the bike on the surety bonds/ superdari of specific amount as Hon'ble court deems fit

Yes sir you can give the surety of your bike as surety bond.. Bike will be released on superdari.. It will be better i u tell me where your bike was stolen and which police station it is in..you can come with original rc of your bike and photo I'd of yours.. Bike will be released
