Bigamy case- accused are under Sumon/Warrent

Four Accused on Sumon Warrant, if they don't show up in Court's hearing and remain disappear/abscond in that situation what action the Court may take against them ?

Well, if the four accused persons are absconding and not appearing despite Summons has been issued against them, then, the Court first can issue a Bailable Warrant, then the Court can issue a Non Bailable Warrant.

If the accused continues to Abscond or fail to appear, the Court may issue Non-Bailable Arrest Warrants, meaning the accused can be arrested without the option of Bail until further orders from the Court, the Court may also issue Bench Warrants for immediate arrest, Courts may even initiate Contempt Proceedings due to hindrance in judicial process.
