Bf cheated me with promise of marriage how to proceed legally with it

Hi I am 28 yr old female. I have been in a 3 yrs relationship with a guy . my boyfriend cheated me he promise me to marry with me but he now with other girl he blackmail me i f i complaint police station he post my photo on social site and show to my parents defame me and my family. He lot of time harras me and Incite to commit suside he play with me my feeling torcher physical and mentally .Because of Threat i am not do anything but he defame me every place in my friends my working place please tell me solution i am very simple i was not known about sex but he take chance of i was lost my job my health not good that time he take advantage of my and after then he told he told me he loves me marry me but his frnds and he pre plan and torcher me now he is with another girl and from 1 year and side by side with me when i know this i was go there he said i am never told about this do whatever you want then i will also do kah muh dikhane ke layk nahi rakhunga. i am very frustred plz help
You can go to local police station and file FIR against your boyfriend if u had physical relations with them then you can file a rape case against your boyfriend. In india women is more powerful so please go and file FIR.
