After this, they take me to the police station Farsh Bazar in Delhi. After reaching there, they take to I.O room in first floor & start beating and they forcefully taken my signatures on blank paper. I accept that it was done by mistake but they threaten me with arrest. Please suggest what should I do in this?

You should immediately apply for an anticipatory bail in the court that in case the police arrests you in any case you will be released on bail. And as far the theft is concerned if you haven't done anything wrong then you need not worry. And you should not have signed on the blank papers of the police. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

if it can be proved that you were beaten by the police on account of some mistake then the action can be taken against them. As per the signature on the blank paper, there should not be any signature on any paper but it can be challenged in the court. Can you please tell under what section of ipc the fir has been filed?

If you are not yet arrested, or even if arrested, you can apply for anticipatory bail or regular bail before the competent court. you can file a complaint against the police officers involved in registering the false FIR and obtaining a confession through torture. This complaint can be filed with the higher authorities within the police department, such as the Superintendent of Police (SP) or the Police Complaints Authority, if available. you can file an application before the High Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) to quash the false FIR and the confession statement obtained through coercion.

Police cannot physically torture while doing investigation. If the Police has done so you can file a complaint before magistrate or you can file complaint before Human Rights Commission. For detailed discussion of the case through consultation please feel free to contact me at any time.
