Bank falsely accused me for cheating, please suggest what to do next ?

30-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Dear sir/madam, I applied for a personal loan from a bank. As I have no local address proofs, the executive who came to collect my documents asked me to give some RS.xxxx upon loan approval and without my approval he collected my documents and forged them. The bank rejected my loan application and filed a case against me with section 420,468,471 r/w 411. I even got imprisoned for 14 days and was later released on bail by paying 2 bonds Rs.10,000 each. The lawyer who arranged bail for me does not provide any information as what's going to happen next. I'm very much worried as I'm facing some unexplainable situations currently. I tried all possible ways. I requested the banker to take back the case and explained everything to him. But he simply laughs at me and said to face the court and get it settled in court itself. What should I do ? What can I do ? Is there a way that I can get out of this ? Please help.

Hi
The offences mentioned are serious and in all likelihood the following will be the next steps
a) Police will file charge sheet.
b) COurt will examine you and if you plead NOT guilty then trial will commence.
Since it is a forgery case, the bank cannot withdraw the complaint as now the criminal case is between the state government and you.
You need to hire a lawyer and defend yourself in the criminal case.

you must try to get the information of the agent where he presently living and he might have obtained the loan granted in favour you and try to lodge a cases under 477 464 and 420 against him and mark the said copies in the cases filed against you and sent the documents for expert evidence and signatures of you will fail to compare with your original signatures and then you can get an acquital order and cases agianst them get convicted and file case against bank for defamation
