Bank account freeze by cyber police branch

I received 420 rs by selling usdt in Kucoin app which follows rules of indian government. Due to that 420 rs tamilnadu cyber branch ordered my bank to freeze whole account. Can they not only put hold on 420 rs only?
hello first we have to analyse the bank statements and the notice given by the cyber branch tamilnadu to freeze the bank account, after that we can send legal notice or file some relevant petition after analysing all the relevant documents.
