In a false complaint case we have been summoned by lower court. Revision filed in session court is pending. Lower court. Has issued NBW against one person and Bwagainst other family members. Can we get the bail from lower .
If you and your family member wrongly alleged in this case, lower court may grant the bail. Remember grant of bail is always depends on the prima facie evidence which complainant produced at the time of summoning and It is a discretionary matter of Court.
