Bail rejected once, When can we apply again 2nd time? He is in jail.

My Brother is in jail since 10 days as he was charged with attempt to murder. We had applied for bail which got rejected, If wants to apply for 2nd time when can we apply? Is there any particular time span that we can only apply after a week or so?
hi it is better to apply after a period of one week or 2 weeks for applying fresh and need to see the order passed by the court below and you could file bail in appellate court if it is rejected in lower court and need to see the stage of investigation in the matter and allegations in it
