further process for baill when 1st bail application is rejected in sessions court in 302, then you have to apply for high court for bail application you have to apply for bail application regards thanking you

you have 2 options open before you right now. either involve a good lawyer and approach thebhigh court for bail. or, wait for the trial to commence and then apply to sessons court for fresh bail due to change in circumstances such as contradictions in witness statementz etc. the latter will be more time consuming as trials take time to commence
