U have to appear in the court and request for extension for the bail or u have to file new bail application in high court if it was disposed in district court ask Ur legal council to do it as soon as possible

disposed means the bail application was disposed. It means it was decided and orders pronounced. the result of the application whether it is allowed or dismissed has been not mentioned in the information. go and enquiry with the concerned clerk and confirm the result. if dismissed not allowed,
