Bail in IPC 376 in sessions if chargesheet is filed and no Mlc

My friend was honey trapped in rape case where girl refused internal examination and used old pattern cold drink story that he mixed drugs in her glass at her place which he only stayed there for 31 min and he asked her to come downstairs and talk ( we have call record and she said come upstairs) and did not gave the glasses and bed sheet to IOand my friend attended 4 calls at diff time during that time , his bail has been heard in sessions court and chargesheet is filed . If order is reserved for 2-3 days does this mean there is a chance of bail ??
Order reserved means that the order of bail will be pronounced in the coming days. If your advocate had incorporated all the facts you mentioned in the bail application then there can be a chance of bail. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

As per normal practice generally if order is reserved and that too for 2-3 days then in maximum cases bail application shall stand dismissed. if bail application stand dismissed then you can also approach higher court for bail or to same court if new ground or circumstances exist.
