Granting bail is discretion of the court. Court takes into consideration various aspects as per section 439 crpc while granting bail. If court is satisfied that presence of the accused can be secured by imposing appropriate conditions, bail is usually granted

Has the court granted bail?
Because That doesnt matter that its bailable or non bailable because the Honorable courts are having descretionary power towards the granting bail.
What the CrPC states it bounds to the police
