Background investigation for a dismissed case MNC

I was falsely accused by my ex- gf. The charges are severe 376,420 based on false promise of marriage. But it was quashed by high court.
Now I am planning to join a different MNC. They are going to run a background check. Will it come up ? Shall I reveal this to HR before hand ? How long does an arrest stay on record ? Can it be removed some how ?
Once it is quashed by High Court you are stigma less. No criminal stigma is attached to you. Even if you do not disclose it is ok because most of the HRs do not understand thelegal logic. You may take paid consultancy with me.
