Us admi ne agar apka Naam liya to apke upar atmahatya karne ke liye uksane ka badhawa dene ka mamla banega. ya phir ap ne hi us admi ko zaher diya esa bhi bol sakta hai tab apke upar hatya karne ki koshish ka mamla banega

section 306 of the Indian Penal Code will be applicable on you since you have instigated the victim/Complainant to commit suicide. In case aap ko lagta hai vo aapke against police complaint karega, toh aap anticipatory bail application kar sakte ho court me.
