As the incident is 11yr old is any thing can be done now? That time no FIR is lodged.
Yes it is possible. Today FIR can not be lodged but a case can be filed against the accused person before the Learned Court of appropriate jurisdiction. But 11 yrs had been passed. It is difficult to prove rape had been attempted by the accused person.
