Attempt to murder section 307 put on us

They put a section 307 on us and one person has got arrested and some more names are written and what actions should we take now to take our person out and how to settle the case

if a person is arrested then first try to get anticipatory bail for other accused. First secure personal liberty and if you were not involved in the incident submit that evidence to investigating officer
