Attacked by illegal occupants of my property

While my father's family was occupying my land we went to the land and asked them.They attacked with knives and axes. They were under section ipc307,counter case also filed against us under section 324.Three eye witness were there at that time. One of them will say against us.Other two will say that we didn't do any offence,we didn't had any weapons and my opponents did make an attempt to murder us.that one of the witnesses gave shelter to my opponents for 10days.collected weapons from us were nill in my charge sheet.How much affect we have to face please give advice.
This suggestion for you only. First you have to file civil suit for declaration of title with permenant injection about your land. The criminal case is depend on facts and circumstances. The witnesses aduce their evidence before honble court and defence has to be steps in your case as per your instructions by your advocate. the some of the witnesses turned hostel , the points decided at the time of judgement on merits.
