Ask about false case filed against me under 354d, 507,509

stuck in false case with my gf under 354d. i have a photos which we clicked together in my home hotels etc. i have watsapp chats. what can i do please help.
You have not mentioned whether police have registered FIR or not yet. If FIR is already registered , take a bail from concerned court and if you have already taken a bail then once the chargesheet is filed in court, You have to defend yourself against the allegations in court in trial.

you need to wait till the charge sheet is filed. seek bail in the meanwhile from court and then you can use the evidence at the time of trial. do nit share the images or videos with anyone till then. whataapp chats you can handover to the police now itself so that it can be made part of the charge sheet now itself.
