Arrested by sho, without investigation remained in jail for a month

After inquiry by senior police officers, fir was cancelled. Was cleared by Court twice on challenging by the complainant. Still the complainant files a private complaint in the same court and after producing few persons ultimately withdraws his complainant.Can the complainant be proceeded against and under what sections, as i suffered a great loss financially and mentally.Regards
