Arrest by using forge signature in 41A Notice

Police committed serious misconduct & criminal offence by forging my signature in 41A CrPC Notice for fake offence of 354A. What criminal action and case be made out for such curropt unlawful illegal act of police who is misleading the entire judiciary and justice system and playing with law. Jharkhand matter. How can police play with law by own making case, own putting my forge signature, declaring absconder and then arresting on flimsy on story of false 354A... The judicial process itself is void ab initio, and innocent people fighting from 2 years. How can police tamper government document by adopting forgery been public servant. All complaints to govt, dgp, home ministry made but in 2 years no Babu's of India find necessary to hear.....
