In cases involving IPC sections 420 (cheating), 467 (forgery of valuable security), 468 (forgery for the purpose of cheating), and 471 (using a forged document), the process for bail can vary significantly based on several factors, including the specifics of the case, the arguments presented, and the court's schedule. Typically, once a bail application is filed in the High Court, it might take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for a decision, depending on the court's backlog and the complexity of the case.

u can get bail in this. no hindrance. u r first offender or not is to be seen. no specific time limit. bail applications are decided within short span of time. U have good chances of getting bail from Honble High Court concerned.
