It is quite common that Section 482 CrPC petitions remain pending due to heavy workload of High Court. If your advocate has already filed multiple listing applications and the case is still not taken up, you can request your advocate to file a fresh urgent listing mentioning application citing long pendency. You may also personally check cause lists regularly. Changing the lawyer is your choice, but first discuss with your present advocate whether any further steps can be taken to get early hearing. You can also consider engaging a senior counsel for effective representation at the time of listing. If needed, you may take independent legal opinion to plan the next steps.

you should wait some more time. sometimes matter do not listed because of high pendency of cases before the bench. your advocate should mention before the bench and tell some urgency to the bench. after that your matter will be definitely taken up before the bench.

Actually, you should mention the case , I guess the Advocate has appeared in the beginning but now he is looking for a favourable bench to get the order of your favour. changing Advocate will not do the as you wish be abide and carry with him.
