Hi You should appeal to the Sessions (District) court u/s 372 if FIR was filed by police after receipt of your complaint. Appeal should be made with in a period of 90 days from the date of order. Your lawyer should also inform the public prosecutor in case you wish to file the appeal in your capacity as Complainant.
