Any Problem in joining a Bank as PO due to a pending criminal case?

I have been selected as a PO in Canara Bank . I have a criminal court case pending against me (Sections 323 and 325). Will I face any problem or delay in joining bank and if bank people make me wait unnecessarily what options do I have?
Right now best option for you is to compound the matter and if compounding fails thanbmove to HC for quashing of FIR.
