NI act is very technical, therefore you must hire expert advocate in such case no matter even if you are also an advocate, bcoz one gross error will give the world of room to opposite party ! All the best Thanks

since your question is purely academic and hence it is advisable for you to undertake the study of NI act through book and not through the bare act. Answering questions like this may not assist the legal fraternity in making themselves familiar with the kind of cases faced by them in the court.
