Anticipatory bail in the section 307 of iPc

How can I get anticipatory bail in the section 307of IPC. The prime accused who is a miner has been sent to jail. The opponents said in their allegations that I am present at the time and place of crime and I ordered to prime accused to do so.in this condition can I get anticipatory bail?
