Anticipatory Bail can be taken from any court

12-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
A person filed police complaint against me and my family under section 420, 419, 120b , I live in Bengaluru, case is filed in some district in Rajasthan where that person lives and today police came to home town in rajasthan and took my parents sign to appear in police station along with me where complaint is filed within 7 days. The case is false as he gave me money to invest in share market and I had losses. I showed him I had losses but still I paid him half what he gave me. He know stock market is risky and can have losses when he gave me money. 1) Should I file anticipatory plea for me and my family before meeting police just as precaution ? 2) Can I file anticipatory plea in Bengaluru or in my home town or is it necessary to file for plea in district where complaint is filed ? 3) If I have taken money from him, why in fir, my parents name police has allowed to include ? 4) Can I put case against him as 2 months back I have sent a notice via lawyer as he was bothering

Dear Sir You have to take anticipatory bail from Rajastan Sessions Court. Further you may approach High Court and get a stay on such investigation and FIR. You may ask your parents to lodge complaint as they are no way concerned. It is a civil transaction. Please discuss. If satisfied with my answer then please give me Rank FIVE Star in the feedback format sent to your email box.
