Antecedent character of students in case of government jobs..

I have been chargesheeted in two criminal case Firstly under section 323,341,504,506 Second under ipc 323,325,341,504 And both cases have been compounded in cjm court through compromise between parties... So I mean to ask this question is that whether am I eligible for government job or not??? I am preparing for civil services in new delhi.. Thanks

See , You are eligible for government job but you must not hide this information while filling the Detailed Applicant Form since it would show that you lack integrity. Moreover, if you are on bail in these criminal cases , you should also mention this fact as well that you have been arrested or have been in custody in the past. As there are several judgments delivered by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on this fact and quit a number of times candidature of applicant has been terminated on the ground that they have hidden the information regarding pendency of their criminal cases.
