Ancestral Property Dispute In West Bengal

I have eight brother and legally equal right in ancestral property which in the name of my Father and mother in west Bengal ngal. One of my elder brother live in whit family in this property .Now we are 4 brother wanted to take possession of 50% in the same property.But my brother not allowed for the same .How can I complaint for this in local police station for register a FIR.
