An fir has been lodged under section IPC 323,504,506 against me . But Later on police submitted the 'B' summary report and close the case. Can this closure report be a base for quashing this Fir. How much is the possibility of quashing on the basis of this report.

Yes. once a closure report has been filed, you can surely file for quashing under section 482 CrPC. This will help you in the matter to be quashed completely. Otherwise the matter will be pending till the time you are acquitted.

FIR quashing can be done by filing a petition under Section 482 of Crpc before the High Court. The police may find the allegations of the FIR to be not proved or incorrect and file a final report or closure report before the court therein stating that the FIR needs to be closed.
