an ex-classmate threatening to create ruckus at home & office

06-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hi , n My ex classmate is threating to enter my office and create a ruckus . He forced me to meet him and when I did not comply , he came to outside my office and threatened me with my detailed call records and after accessing it spread false rumours about me with people I talk to -my friends . He also threatened to create ruckus at my office and at home . Please bear in mind he is son of a covid- warrior police officer and I live alone in a city and do my Job and I have no idea how he got access of call records . I don't know whom to approach for this and what can be possible solution to avoid this in future.

It is very good if he is a police officer because he has to seriously follow the law ….he cannot do all these ruckus at all …you have to have an advocate to draft your complaint regarding this matter… in case if he ever calls you or approaches you ..you have to make a video or audio recording for the evidences …. please do not worry as higher police official ate. extremely serious about these types of police officer …thank you n b in touch

you can file a police complaint with the nearest police station against this person for stalking threatening and harassing you. since as also got access to your call records which is private information suitable complaint can also be made to the cyber cell. do not be afraid that he is son of police officer as nobody is above the law and he does not have the right to break the law. if police do not take any action up on your complaint you must file a criminal case in court
