Amount Paid For A Person For Property

We had paid an amount for a person . In installments form 2011 to 2016 in return for a property during my daughter marriage time . And it was paid in cash . And he didnt gave us any agreement for it . But he had given cheques but the time has crossed now to file cheque bounce . And now that person is saying we have not recieved any money .What can be done now to recover the money back.

Hello Sir you can recover the money by filing case in the court and as you said time has crossed what is the duration all the things to be perused and you pls keep that cheques safely because it's going to play a vital role kindly contact me for further process and assistance
