am not getting summons for 5 years

since 2019 the status shows issue fresh summons to the accused and the date is changed everytime, but it hasnt reached me till date
i dont want to go to court without summons
is it ok to avoid till i receive a summon
is it OK to avoid court till i receive a summon
hello better you go and take the summons from the court and appear if it late then you will get ex party the order will come againt see you , so better you hire an advocate and go to the concern court and contest the case.
