Aaropiyon be mer mummy ke maarpeet ki thi jisme 308 325 354b 504 506 chargesheet me lagi hai hai .Aur chargesheet court me dakhil ho chukhi hai .Pehli tarikh ko jab aaropiyon ko court bulaya gaya tha to unko dusri date mil gayi .Jab se arropiyon me maarpeet ki hai tab se wo jail nahi Gaye mereko aisa Kya karna chahiye ko aaropiyon ko jail Jana pade.aur arropi sarkari naukari karte hai to unki naukari kaise chudwaye
as per the charges you have mentioned accused should be jailed . because chargesheet means the person is found guilty by the police however do not panic it happens ask your lawyer to argue for the arrest as the charges are enough to arrest . feel free if the said accused is proved guilty and awarded jail he will automatically be terminated from his or her services
