Advocate malpractice and manipulation

If an advocate cheats you sometimes one is not able to take any action, as you think they know how to protect themselves and you don’t stand a chance. But if we do want to complain till how many years of having been cheated can one still lodge a complaint. If an Advocate is of Delhi High Court where can we lodge a complaint. Can we file a case against the Advocate knowing fully well he is going to cover himself and leave NO proof for you to bring to court.
as you are saying tht you want to file a case against an advocate because he tried to cheat you and tried the malpractice with you. in this case we need to know tht what is the case and what cheating and what malpractice is been done on Ur part first you need to disclose those things so we can answer Ur query fully
