Advice regarding bail extention of 498A and Section 3

My wife lodged a case of 498A against me and I am on interim bail and next bail date is June 22. Further, on April, police gave prayer for adding another section of SCST act section 3 and same was also accepted by court. nPlease advise me the chance of getting bail extension of bail may be rejected. If rejected, chance of arrest.

if bail is rejected then you can apply Anticipatory bail from High court so that you don't get arrested by the police so before the date of 22 june you. have to apply for it and next you can also apply for quashing of the fir what is your jurisdiction...

there is a good chance of your getting the bail extension unless the state or your wife files a bail cancellation petition. this would be subject to the actual facts of the case but my suggestion is of generic in nature. if the bail extension is rejected the court shall still give you time to surrender and it means you can prefer a bail application before a higher forum. your case do not warrant custodial interrogation to my understanding.
