advice on false 498a, to whom to write to ? RTI is there supporting it

498a filed in2009 against us. we filed rti in police station ,got the reply that no complaint diary was filed in the police station against us. we are hindu. now when her statements have to be recorded on the date of hearing ,then the court says our case file is not traceable.and next date is given. in such a case what do we do? should we write to the pmo office ,please advice

There is no requirement to write to PMO office. As mentioned that no case diary is there. Therefore we can demand for production of records and absence of that is acquittal in default. Feel free to call me directly for clarification
