Advice about getting PCC if I have pending civil case that is civil in
18-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Can I get Police clearance certificate if I have a pending criminal case.Judge says that he thinks my case is civil in nature.
Can’t give a advice without facts of the case. If the case is of civil nature you can approach high court under 482 of crpc to quash the proceedings. Need to k ow about the current stage and detailed facts to give proper advice in this matter. Take a certified copy of all the procedures and approach lawyer to know in detail.
