Additional sessions judge is vacant

I have a pending case in sessions court booked under ndps case 22b . Judge is vacant in that court so my case is pending for 7 months so could i make my case speedy or expediate while judge in vacant

we can approach to the high court for speedy trial and court changes first you please tell in which court your case is pending then only I can look for the charge court better you contact me directly for more clarification

Need more details of whether charge sheet or final report is filed before the concerned court if so can file a petition in honourable high court to expedite the proceedings. Therefore please provide the additional information for a correct legal opinion in this Matter.
